- To participate in the conference, members must register by completing an online form before May 2, 2024
- To give a presentation, it is required to prepare an abstract of the work according to the template, which can be downloaded below.
- Confirmation letters about acceptance of abstracts for presentation at the conference will be sent until May 5, 2024.
- Sectional report: time for presentation – 10 minutes (+ 5 minutes for questions)
- The final program of the conference will be published and distributed no later than May 8, 2024.
